On Sunday, March 10, our pet community lost a special friend ~ Jean Neilson of The Canadian Cats, home to Shoko and Tyebe, and her Angel kitties Budd and Kali. Jean had blogged for nearly ten-years, until in May of 2022, her dear husband of 50-years, Bill posted that due to her declining health from a stroke, Jean could no longer publish on her blog. She had always been a creative delight to so many ~ participating in every event with humor and energy. Famous for her recipes, her garden tips, and oh yes, her love of tea! And so proud of her beautiful Prince George, British Columbia ... and those adorable cats!
We send our heartfelt sympathy to Bill now on his loss of Jean, our friend, this beautiful and kind woman, may she rest peacefully, forever.

On Friday, February 16 our pet community ~ and more importantly, her beloved husband Greg and her own kitties Cashmere, Leo and Glitter said farewell to Andrea. Andrea had been devoted for many years to the betterment of kitties in her community, especially through her ongoing fundraising efforts on behalf of Winnie's Wish.
